Our story
iHealthcare is an innovative healthcare technology and products holding company. The Company operates through three segments: Technology, Operations and Medical Products.
The Technology segment distributes and operates seven major healthcare enterprise software platforms; Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Physician RCM/PMS, Provider/Specialist/Hospital EMR, Addiction Rehab Management Systems (ARMS), Laboratory LIS/RCM/Management, Imaging, Chronic Disease Management and Wellness Health.
The Operations segment synergizes our product lines with platform operating companies initially in the Clinical Lab and Medical Billing sectors.
The Medical Products segment distributes a range of medical, surgical, biologics, wound care, CLIA waived and laboratory products to healthcare providers.
iHealthcare delivers Health Technology Driven solutions that transform clinical workflows and elevate patient outcomes across every care setting.
Leadership team
Noel Mijares
Noel leads the organization's vision and strategy; sources opportunities and financing; develops relationships, acquisitions, business partners and alliances; builds key team members; and negotiates all major transactions.
Noel has key healthcare experience and is best known as a highly successful serial entrepreneur with multiple ventures over 25 years. Prior to founding iHealthcare, Noel served as the Chairman and CEO of Pharma Health, a national distributor of healthcare products and services. In 1992, Noel formed Global Traders and became an authorized dealer for NCR and its ATM Division in Latin America and the Caribbean basin. Noel founded Safe Wrap of America in 1995, an international baggage wrap security company operating in nine countries. More recently, Noel founded multiple litigation support service companies — becoming a thought leader in digital records retrieval and eDiscovery.
As Chief Executive Officer and President of iHealthcare, Noel leads the growth of the company by applying constant and never ending improvement in product research and development, including acceleration of software technology-based medical systems designed to improve healthcare delivery, everywhere.
